All orders are sent in plain packaging with no identifying information. In the situation that an item you ordered is out of stock, a member of the team will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Uk delivery takes 2-3 days from your item being dispatched.

The Royal Mail's International signed for service will have to provide a signature on delivery, shipments can also be tracked online using the Royal Mail tracking system. This International signed for service usually arrive's within 7 working days, however, please allow up to 2 weeks - we do not anticipate many orders taking this long, however, we ask you to wait this time before contacting us.
The Royal Mail's Airsure service is the fastest service and can also be tracked online using the Royal Mail tracking system. This service usually arrives within 3-4 working days, however, please allow up to 2 weeks - we do not anticipate many orders taking this long, however, we ask you to wait this time before contacting us.
Royal Mail International signed for or Airsure costs from just £6.49 up to £25.00 from 100grams to 2kg regardless of the quantities and products you order.
We will accept return if the item doesn’t fit, you changed my mind, found a better price, you just didn’t like it or you ordered it by mistake, however, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
If the item you ordered is defective, doesn't match the product image, the wrong item is received, arrives damaged or incorrect, orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and conditions but ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
